Overall, redesigning a website is a very difficult task. Sometimes you have to work within industry guidelines. Other times, you have to work with colors that are not really made for the web, but because so much money has gone into marketing, cards, signs, etc, your direction is to stay with that color scheme.
It starts with sketching everything out on our whiteboard. The we move into wireframes and then finally actual full color mock ups using our slick computer software. We generate a jpeg image for the customer to approve and then we are off to the races. A lot actually goes into our design process. Designing and redesigning websites is so much fun for us, we actually scour the internet looking for possible candidates. What we love the most is when someone sees their site redesigned and they say "Wow, that looks great." We live for that!!!
